OpenSeam brings intelligence to manufacturing. We work on solving problems in industry verticals like textile and garmenting where huge fleets of machines are hard to replace and digitize. We want machine data to be unlocked wherever possible and made available, openly.
What we do

We built OpenSeam because this technology should exist. Continuous production monitoring at millisecond precision is now practical and affordable. Our team works remotely and is fully distributed. We do not force amazing talent to move country to an office building. They get to work from wherever they do their best work, and it shows.
Current stage
OpenSeam is currently in pilot deployment with manufacturing customers, validating our Constraint Discovery System and refining our platform based on real factory feedback. We're a small, focused team building production-grade technology with an emphasis on reliability and substantive capability.
We're not a large enterprise vendor with extensive resources. We're a startup building something genuinely new for an industry that deserves better production intelligence tools.
